High above Paso Robles, on the California Central Coast, lies a region called San Miguel. Kissed by the sun and blessed by Saint Michael our family-owned and operated orchard at Villa San miguel produces the most incredible olives. Intense hand-harvesting techniques inspired the name “Lacrime di San Miguel” (Tears of St. Michael). This olive oil has become Gary and Laura Kramer’s personal passion.
